Restoration Model
Our Restoration Model program is broken down into 5 phases. Each successive phase represents progression along the program path toward the men reclaiming their lives. Our clients attend mandatory classes including character development, leadership, communicating, bootcamp, financial literacy, Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous. Our clients don't just receive. They also volunteer every Sunday serving others in need.
Phases of TCM's Program
Clients in the Trinity House Restoration Model Program progress through the program in five shirt phases. Each potential client will begin in the new BLUE shirt decision-making phase. This initial phase will allow a short grace period for the potential client to consider the commitment before beginning their restoration journey. Each subsequent color indicates the client’s journey towards graduation.
Graduating Phases
Phase One
After deciding to commit, clients begin the program in white shirts and are called "Neophytes." Clients maintain this status for about 30 days while they work with the Case Manager on their Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Phase Two
Green shirts are also considered "Neophytes." (Junior Brothers)
After the 30-day period of achieving program and individual milestones, clients can move up to a green shirt.
Most green shirts are also able to start exploring employment possibilities.
Phase Three
Between 90 and 180 days, clients who continue to demonstrate progress can move from green to red shirts and are called "Senior Brothers."
At this point, the client can obtain employment and begin to mentor those who are newer in the program.
Phase Four
After 180 days in the program and completing their IDP, a client can achieve black shirt status as a "Senior Brother." The black shirt is also an indication that the client is approaching graduation.
